Catalytic Converter

Exhaust gases, after being dosed with DEF,

are sent through the SCR cat, which acts as a

catalyst. Inside this SCR cat, a chemical re-

action occurs where the NOx and other harm-

ful particulates are converted into nitrogen

and water. The nitrogen and water are the

only particles remaining to be emitted from the

exhaust pipe.

Engine Information Plate

The engine information plate is attached to

the right (warm) side of the engine near the

starter. It contains information about the en-

gine such as model, serial number, dyno

horsepower, and the person or team by whom

it was assembled. All AGCO Sisu Power en-

gines proudly display this feature. These

plates ensure that the utmost care and quality

went in to the assembly of the engine.
